Whats something i can wear with white short shorts.?

So I want to wear my white short shorts, but I have no idea what top to wear. And tips or ideas.? Oh shoes also please.! (I'm kind of going for a scene-ish idea, I'm not a poser. I'm me, and that's what most of my clothes are, t-shirts, Plaid shirts, tank tops.)
