Why are all 3 of my minnows swimming slightly on their side?? i have had them for 3 days!!!?

i have only had them 3 days? are they fighting to swim against the current from the filter? my tank water is 24 degrees and i feed them every other day, there is no other fish in the tank, is there anything wrong? !
