Could I be the conservative Republican messiah (would you vote for me)?

I propose the US quit spending tax payers dollars on roads. They cost us hundreds of billions of dollars to maintain. We could drop the tax rate on the richest 2% even further. They could then afford to give us jobs to by Hummers do go off road. We could also buy helicopters. Hell, just to win a few more of you over, lets cut education down to nothing too, give that back to the top 2%. Would you favor me more than Reagan.
