Why do Democrats/Liberals blame everything on Bush?

Even Obama blames his doings on Bush. He is the only president who talked so bad about the prior president to the extent he did. Bush has no control over what Obama is doing in his term and it's not his fault. Obama is nothing but a liar. Bush at least tried. We need Reagan back.
