What is on my Zebra cichlid's abdomen?

I have a 3 inch long zebra cichlid in my fish tank, and he has an odd looking small black blotch on his right side. None of my other zebras have this. Is this some sort of disease or parasite? (he is also pooping a great amount more than the other fish, if that helps)
