Reagan said "govt is not the solution to our problems". So why do repubs demand govt/Obama fix their mess?

he said, government is the problem and Obama government made a new bigger mess. and its not their mess, its every ones mess and its his job as president to do what he promised to do. he made campaign promises to give us a better economy, make jobs, world peace and alot of other stuff. that he has yet to do. his entire campaign was about fixing a big mess, should he be kept to keep his promise or blame it on others and wash his hands of it. the man was slected by the people to do a job he promised to do. he was very specific is he accountable for it, well see
