Our Federal budget just went up and up when Reagan privatized many Govt contracts - where is the proof...?

There is no proof. Privatization has not been proven to be more efficient. It is a myth that it is more efficient. This is another example where cons cling to ideology rather than facing the actual facts of the situation. In fact, privatizing many government functions has been shown to be an abject failure.
