No, sorry to say that isn’t enough. Reptiles are cold blooded so they need heat to live. Also if they aren’t warm enough they can have trouble digesting their food, so this can kill them. Maybe consider a rodent because they don’t need heat. Also lizards need UVB lights and without them they don’t get the right vitamins which make them REALLY sick and then they can die. =[ Sorry but no, they need lighting.
